To Whom,
When downloading a file - everything is as it should be. But, once in
awhile there are few few files that don't want to download no matter
what program is use in Linux; be it mc, ftp, ncftp, lynx, or whatever.
What even makes it more strange is contributed to those same files when
they are erased and re-downloaded. They stop at the same byte count as
before the erasing.
If I turn around and re-downloaded those same but rare unusual files in
Win95... no problem! Everything is downloaded without a hitch. Can
someone give me some advice/insight?
