When you send DHCPDISCOVER, you promise you'll be able to handle
full DHCP protocol, including "address lease refresh" packets.

I was already thinking of adding a half-kernel/half-user DHCP support
(probably with passing options via /proc), but it's not a 2.2.0 project.
