Partition disappearing..........

Howdy one and all,
             What seems to be the problem if the following error appears
when I open the File System Manager:-  "Partition /dev/sda2 seems to have
been deleted, Shall I remove it from /etc/fstab?"
and "Partition /dev/sda6 seems to have been deleted, Shall I remove it
from the /etc/fstab?"

Any suggestions?
