The SV11 ought to work for each card. Note only one port on the card can
be running in DMA and thus at 64K. Also you cant get two of their cards
per machine without a soldering iron and hacksaw special

2.2.0pre* has a (weak) sync PPP layer and supports the SV11 (the EU version
of the card)

PS: I wouldnt put two of them in one machine, their resource load is relatively
high.
