Hi,

I have gotten the Rawhide 2.1.133 stuff installed, downloaded the
2.2.0-pre7 kernel file and rebuilt the kernel and modules. When I try
to "make config" with the pcmcia 3.0.7 sources, I get two sets of
errors:

#1
I get broken pipe errors because an undefined variable is being
redirected to grep in the configure program.

#2
I am getting an error saying that the pcmcia 3.0.7 release can
only be built for a 2.1 or 2.0 series kernel.

I read the README in the NEW directory on the PCMCIA
ftp site. It states that PCMCIA drivers should be getting built
with the default 2.2.0 kernel sources. The only problem is that
I am not seeing the PCMCIA driver stuff showing up when I run
"make xconfig" in the 2.2.0-pre7 source tree.

Do you know where I can get the appropriate sources and are there
instructions on how to compile them?

Thankyou!

        Miles
