To Whom,
I appreciate those who wrote in and mentioned the RFC 1983 about hacker
vs. cracker. It's a shame that the Federal Government, news agencies all
over the globe, and nearly every individual in the world refers to a
Cracker as a Hacker. Someone needs to drop the RFC 1983 and write a new
RFC xxxx, because it doesn't seem possible that they will or might
change the minds of billions and billions of already preprogrammed
thinkers.
