Has anyone any experience of the J2585B 100Vg interface under 2.2.0pre7
(SMP)?
I only had a very short (and hurried) time to play with this machine,
so it could all be pilot error (SMP kernel, non-SMP modules, whatever)
on my part. The card certainly appears configured ok, but it certainly
doesn't clock any incoming packets (without a lan probe it is difficult
to tell if anything is going out, but the ifconfig stats certainly
increment with ping).
H/W: ASUS P/E-P55T2P4D, twin Pentium 200MHz MMX, 96Mb RAM
S/W: RH5.2 base
It works fine under 2.0.36....
