You can use either the genericstable feature, or the userdb feature.
genericstable is documented in the cf/README file. userdb is
documented in the Operation Guide (op.ps).

mailrc and procmailrc don't affect outgoing mail. Also, masquerading
only affects the hostname; you can't use it to change the username.
