Ever since I upgraded to 2.2.1 from 2.2.0-pre7 I've been having problems
with NFS (and inetd for that matter). It seems as if modprobe chokes on
something because it says;
Feb 12 20:41:25 poledra modprobe: can't locate module
every now and then. Also, inetd thinks
ioctl(14, SIOCGIFFLAGS, 0xbfffd9dc) = -1 ENOSYS (Function not implemented)
ioctl(14, SIOCGIFFLAGS, 0xbfffd9dc) = -1 ENOSYS (Function not implemented)
ioctl(14, SIOCGIFFLAGS, 0xbfffd9dc) = -1 ENODEV (Operation not supported by device)
and rpc.mountd thinks; get_myaddress: ioctl: Operation not supported by device
I have upgraded everything I could think of aswell as everything that was
mentioned in the Changes file in the kernel tree (except nfs-server is still
at 2.2beta37, it seems 2.2beta40 was revoked for some reasons).
Could someone point me in the right direction? I've seen this behaviour
on two machines that run 2.2.1 now and it's driving me crazy not beeing
able to get sound from my NFS-booted jukebox ;)
