Standard advice applies, turn off all auto negotiation of speed, lock down
all port to Half Duplex, check your stats for lost/dropped/misformed
packets.
Note that I'm saying Half Duplex, Full duplex only makes sense when you
have two machines connected directly, with nothing between then but a
crossover cable.
