This I do not understand. All ??? mail from outside coming in willbe bounced
to bbtel.com. ???
If you do not want this for the 'local' users, make aliases for the
'net-allowed' users in the Aliases file that relays to bbtel.com.
So mail that comes in for a 'local' user will stay local, and mail that
comes in for 'isp' users will be forwarded.

Sorry, I'd like to helpbut I am afraid I did not understand the problem in
its full extent.
