You all are TERRIFIC! Many GOOD responses and NO ONE laughed at me for
using cheap stuff.
I'll work through these suggestions. Thanks.

I need to upgrade the video card for my son's games on the Win 95 side of
my Linux box.
Any known problems with a Creative Labs 3D Blaster Banshee card in Linux?
It's not on supported hardware list, but may be too new for list.
Also, I am having difficulty with an Addtron PCI 10 bast T Ethernet card
(PCI, Specifically 360PCI model). It is not-PnP, using Bios settings for
PCI slot for configuration. It is an NE2000 clone.
If it won't go (hasn't yet) anyone tell me a Linux READY PCI card at
reasonable price. This started as a class project and is getting too costly
already. I have no need for 10/100 in home net. I need to keep this as
reasonable as possible.
Thanks for help.
