Hai....

I am using the same ethernet card (D-Link DFE 530TX). Right now, I have
setup my Linux machine as a client to a Win95 server in a LAN. I want
this Linux machine to be able to connect to internet through the server.
What I need to know is how to make the kernel detect the ethernet card
and load the driver (module : via-rhine).Do we have to tell the kernel
the address and the like to detect the network card first and then load
the modules ? Or we don't have to tell the kernel the address of the
card but by loading the module will be just fine ?

For your information, I'm using Slackware 3.6.
Could anyone send me the pre-compiled via-rhine module that can be used
for Slackware distributions. ?

Thanx for anyone who will help me.
