I use 3 of them full-duplex & bonded in one smp-server, running
2.0.36pre17. Now it seems to work fine (getting (smp-related)
 freezes before)

In the diskless Linux workstations, I had some probs with that
card and netboot, because netboot uses packet drivers during
boot process. But this f****** packet driver don't care about the
card setting (nway auto negotiation -> resulting full duplex)
and forced them half-duplex. This confused the switch
(Intel 510), and caused unpredictable boot habits...

After configuring them to half duplex, all ws booting & running
fine, fast and quiet. Folks are happy with them now... (I haven't
tried to switch the linux driver to FD, yet)

BTW: Did anybody have some code ready, to flash the (any) eeprom
on this card per software? Mail me, please...

Concluding, 3Com seems to be more successful in marketing skills,
then in technical ones (only 8 KB packet-buffer, others have 64 KB)
If you need a 100Mb card only, there are (cheaper) alternatives.
