You are sending packets onto the Internet with an invalid source
address (192.168.0.2).
First, any replies won't come back to you. Second, if the network at
the remote end happens to be using the 192.168.* address, you may
cause them some problems (although hopefully your ISP will just be
throwing these packets away).
You need to configure box A to perform IP masquerading, e.g. with
ipfwadm -F -m -p accept
This will cause box A to re-write all forwarded packets so that they
appear to come from a port on box A.
