Is that a DECchip part number?  There's a 21140 -- that would want the 
'tulip' driver.  I thought that the Compaq Netelligent cards were, like 
their older NetFlex cards, built around the TI ThunderLAN chip, which 
would take the 'tlan' driver.

Is it possible that the 21150 is not part of the NIC?  Digital Silicon 
also made PCI bridge chips with similar numbers, but I don't recall 
exactly what numbers those had.  Wait...I have a box with one of those...
yes, a DECchip 21152 is a PCI bridge, so I'll bet the 21150 is too.  Try 
the tlan driver for your Netelligent 10/100TX.
