KPPP configuration files?

I run Red Hat 6.0 with KDE. I was wondering where does KPPP keep all the
configuration information? The problem is that all the info that I have
entered for my PPP connection does not show up anywhere in /etc/hosts or
/etc/resolv.conf

The most intriguing part is that it works :-)
