All KDE config files are kept in directories specified in the KDE FSSTD
(File System Standard). Normally the main KDE directory is /opt/kde
(could also be /usr/local/kde). There is also a personal KDE dir:
~/.kde. So the config files for kppp would be found either under
/opt/kde/share/apps/kppp, or ~/.kde/share/apps/kppp. There will
probably also be a /opt/kde/share/config/kppprc (and equivalent under
~/.kde).
