Hi.
I, earlier this month got adsl service (yay) and I wanted to get it
working with linux. I did so runninf 2.0.37pre10 and later with 2.0.37
final. However, I've tried with 2.2.10 and 2.3.8 to get it to work, but
to no avail. Some info: I have a 3Com 3c900b PCI ethernet card, a Cisco
675 adsl modem. I currently just use dhclient to fetch bind my comp to
an ip on the adsl network (a 10.x.x.x lan, they bind our isp alotted ip
to the lan ip, then I use NAT to forward stuff back to my computer from
the cisco adsl modem) and then I use netscape to log into my isp in X.
It does find my networking card, and it dhclient fetches the ip
address ok, but after I log in, I cannot access anything on the
internet.
can someone help me?
