Yes, from some unknown reasons, it trys to connect to Netscape site if
it detects that it should be possible, ( I mean it has a possible route
to their site like a default gateway). If from some reason (firewall,
dead link) it cant it will be idle until time out.
        I don't remember right now how to disable this, but if you dig a little
more or maybe some kind soul ....
