Hello Siamak,  If you have the install boot floppy & a rescue
        floppy one may visit the the system & boot into rescue .
        then mount the system disk & vi the passwd &/or shadow file
        removing the password hash & then umount the system disk &
        boot the system into single user mode & change the password
        back to its original state & then hit ^D to continue booting
        into multiuser mode .   Hth,  JimL
