Even if they did, I do not think they'd be able to catch anyone. It's
kinda funny since I plan to have the cable dragged in the basement
where I have 3 computers and a beowulf cluster of 4 other machines. All
of them will be sharing the link. I'll have to hide all of them except
one so that the cable guy does not go insane :-)

My [future] provider, Garden State Cable (New Jersey) promises speeds
no less than 400k. In fact, my neighbour who got it last week never had
anything less than 680k. So I do not think I'll be complaining.
Now I've got to figure out how to use two NIC's in one PC :-)
