Hoe to know my kernel has IP MAsq enabled

Hai....

If I install a kernel from a distribution, and then I have file 
/proc/net/ip_masquerade and also /proc/net/ip_masq directory. Can I say that 
I have a kernel which ip_masquerade enabled ?
