I've always used "poll <remote_network>.net proto pop3 user
<user_name> password <user_password>" in .fetchmailrc with plenty
success. The ISP recently changed the remote mail server to a new
location within their network, so I'm using mail.<remote_network>.net
in .fetchmailrc, but I'm not able to make any connection with the mail
server to download my e-mail no matter what I've tried. The following
error depicts what type of error I'm getting with fetchmail:
fetchmail: POP3 connection to mail.<remote_network>.net
failed: local error: Network is unreachable
fetchmail: Query status=2
What am I doing wrong?
