I don't know about your setup, but if you are running a linux router, you
could use ipchains to deny/allow access to/from one internal PC, and have
a simple interface that sets up cron or at jobs on the router to do the
config... Should be simple enough to make. In favour of this method as
opposed to changing route on the client, is that you only need access to
one machine to do it. On the other hand, this only applies if you have a
linux router.
