cybercafe managing sofware (Linux)

Hi,
I'm looking for Linux sofware that can be use to manage a cybercafe.
Like a customer book the PC for one hour, after one hour the linux box will 
automatically stop the PC access to internet ..

Is there any available script to do this ?
