Right now that page only has a photograph of some Microsoft lamer,
however if someone needs information about sockets programming, he MUST
(as "MUST" in RFCs) read "Unix Network Programming", Second Edition, by
R. Stevens (Volume 1 ISBN 0-13-490012-X, Volume 2 ISBN 0-13-081081-9).
