I don't know whose DSL service you use but I know of a good company that
provides all kinds of xDSL. You can get 384/128 ADSL for $69/mo with 4 static
IP's and 5 emails for you family. It's called ConcentricDSL at
http://www.concentricdsl.com/. Check it out. It's one of a handful of companies
that discloses their prices up front.
