Try the 3com driver that is at the following URL. It is updated to work with
the 3c905 series of cards. And from personnel experience it works at 100
Mbit just fine.

Subject: 3c905 does not do 100 Mbit full-duplex

Hi.

I got a 3c905 here, which I can not get to work in full-duplex mode.

I use the following in /etc/conf.modules

alias eth0 3c59x
options 3c59x debug=1 options=12,12,12,12,12,12

lsmod tells me it is loaded. It even works, but not fullduplex, as the
Netgear-Box it is connected to tells me.

/proc/pci tells me:

  Bus 0, device 9, function 0:
Ethernet controller: 3Com Unknown device (rev 116).
      Vendor id=10b7. Device id=9200.
Medium devsel. IRQ 9. Master Capable. Latency=32. Min Gnt=10.Max
Lat=1
0.
      I/O at 0xe000 [0xe001].
      Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xe5000000 [0xe5000000].

Is this a known problem? Did I make a mistake?
