Sales 101. Customers are stupid. 

Case and point. Customer calls last week ask if our routers use Flash. I
say no there is a hard drive. Customer whines...clearly upset. I tell him
flash wears out. "really?, I didnt know that, he says"...1 hour
later...incoming purchase order. *shrug*
