I believe you.
The problem is that message arise when using both Netscape, Explorer
and StarOffice mail clients.
>From the same system, this problem do not occurs when using mail.
I can not ask to users to migrate to mail clients.
While sending test mails I checked both DNS and sendmail logs. DNS log
is having no errors while
sendmail log reports on each mail the reported error.
