If C2 has a different hostname than C1, you must add a line containing the new host to sendmail.cf. I.e., Cwnewhost.domain.com. I would say (not to be selfish) to follow my advice since all the other replies to your e-mail have been addressed dealing with the features of one distribution of Linux. You may or may not run Red Hat, but so far you have received Red Hat replies. NOTE: To all that reply to a Linux message, do not let your reply direct the user toward a certain distribution of Linux unless they specifically say what distribution they are running n the e-mail message.
