redhat does not support ipv6 at all.
It is http://www.inner.net/pub/ipv6/inet6-apps-0.36.tar.gz by Craig Metz.
Disclaimer: I did not advise you to use this ping. Essentially,
it does thing, which I hate more than anything: ugly spagetti code.
