Which is the "standard set"? Debian's netbase package includes your ping &
ping6 from iputils. I'll have a look a RedHat later and see what they ship.

BTW, I was thinking of adding 6to4 support to ipv6/sit.c. Would it just be a
small change to ipip6_tunnel_xmit, or are there complications that I haven't
noticed?
