Hi,
I have a win98 box with 2 NICs one connected to cable modem the other
connected to the mandrake 7.0 box.
When i run samba on the mandrake box, and share a dir, I open up Network
Neighbourhood to browse the share on the linux box, but when I click on
then server, I get a password window
You must supply a password to make this connection
Resource:\\Mandrakebox\IPC$
what is that IPC$?? and what password should i use? on the linux box i have
setup samba without password.
Is my setup wrong? I followed the instructions from the book
