Hi All,
We have a stock redhat 6.1 install..

We've created a directory structure called

/domains
    - www.domainname.com

and so on and so on

I have chmod o-r on the /domains directory.

Ok....now when we ftp into the server from a pc using lets say wsftp
or just the stock ftp program. We do a cd into the /domains directory
and when we try to do an 'ls' on the directory we get no files founnd
which is what we want..we don't want people to see the directories
inside of the /domains directory.
Now....when someone ftps into the system using a mac and using a mac
ftp app and they do an cd into /domains and then an ls they can read
the directory structure....Why is this?

Thanks,
Brent Clements
