        Looks like it is and it isn't (open sourced, that is).  It's
got a binary library in the package, lib/libhcf-i386.a, with no
sources.

        Looking at the wvlan_hcf.c file in the pcmcia package, it's
apparent that this is from Lucent sources and that it's a "lite"
version that lacks things like firmware downloading, diagnostic
facilities, and others.

        I guess if you want the full monty on a non-intel, you're just
screwed.
