Hi all
Can anyone help me with these error messages?. Alot of our mails are
getting bounced from Hotmail, Yahoo, Netaddress, mailexcite etc. This
happens for almost 5% of the mails sent. The error is as follows

<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
----- Transcript of session follows -----
... while talking to mail.hotmail.com.:
>>> RCPT To:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
<<< 554 Transaction failed
554 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>... Service unavailable
451 reply: read error from mail.hotmail.com.
We get similar messages from other web-emails. Could this be happening
because of our slow uplink?. How would I solve this problem if it IS
because of the uplink?.
