No, most likely those are due to some software which
all such major sites are running.
We are regularly kicking away HOTMAIL subscribers of
various Linux lists due to this very same phenomena,
and trust me, *our* uplinks are not slow...
I wonder if they are all M$ owned/operated "services" ??
