That may be an explanation. Mandrake 6.1 is 2.2.13pre-something and 7.0 is
2.2.14. I have a new machine here to replace the 7.0 box. If I *ever* get the
SCSI cable and terminator I'm waiting for I plan to install 7.1 which I believe
is 2.2.15. Of course, the 7.0 box was 6.1 for a while and I don't recall having
this problem there.
