The DFE-530 uses the via-rhine driver.
The DFE-530+ (w/WOL) uses the rtl8139 driver (!?).
The very latest DFE-530 (also w/WOL) requires the updated via-rhine driver
at

You can tell which you have by running 'lspci' or 'cat /proc/pci'.
