udp sockets info

Hi all,

I'm trying to get info on a program's open udp sockets. netstat doesn't
always seem to know about all open udp sockets. I'm not sure, but it
seems like it only displays info on connected udp sockets. Is there any
way to get info on udp sockets which have only had bind() called on
them?
