I am doing some diffserv experimentation on a linux testbed. The Linux
machines are running RedHat Linux 6.1 and have kernel 2.3.99-pre6
installed. I am using tc (part of the iproute-2.2.4-2 rpm package) to
interface the kernel and to setup various queuing disciplines,
filters...etc. The problem is that I can't get tc to function
properly. Somethings seem to be supported by tc (e.g cbq, tbf, red) but
others are not (e.g gred, dsmark). I keep getting "Unknown option" errors
messages. But if I look at the kernel source code, I find these features
supported.
If anybody has any idea what's wrong or any helpfull suggestion I'll be
gratefull. Thank you...
