the httpd is running at the machine but browser is unable to get the
access. The following error is displayed by browser.

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Apache/1.3.12 Server at 164.164.58.187 Port 80
I tried 'verify' option from gnome RPM and i am getting following error
there.
package: apache-1.3.12-2
file: /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
problem: md5,file size, modification time
I feel uninstall and then install will solve the problem but can we do
it without reinstalling httpd.
