It is avilable mainly via telephone but best if you live in Ireland :) You can get through to the BBS sometimes during GMT 1800-2300 at tcob1.no-ip.com. Until last week the bbs was MBSE (mbse.sf.net) but I also used BBBS (www.bbbs.net) Due to a MB failure, the BBS is running on a XP box.
