Sounds like you didnt mount it...I did that my first time too...
try `mount /mnt/cdrom' but dont be in the cdrom directory...it will say
that the directory is busy and it wont mount it...if `mount /mnt/cdrom'
doesnt work you have to type
mount /dev/xxxxx (your cddrom) /mnt/cdrom
(i.e. I would have to type mount /dev/sbpcd /mnt/cdrom because I have the
soundblaster pro cdrom... and I cant remember the ide or scsi cdroms
default because I dont have one.)
