Hi, Dr. Adams,
how's the trout fishing this year? Well, apart from that, the only
explanation for your problem seems to be
that kicq belongs to root on your system, and probably you are
downloading in your guise as a normal user. Consequently, you can't
access that file (whatever it might be good for...). Changing the
properties could help.
