Basicly the answer is "yes" however one will not be able to do much (at
speed) at least, the other aspect is disk space, however i would and could
run a complete server offering mail routing and some of the amateur
protocols. I have used a 386/25 mhz with 2 meg and a 80 meg h/d, so its a
definitve yes. In fact the machine in question still runs on a client basis
at our local radio club.
The bigest problem is booting, it could take up to 10 minutes to boot it IF
you start to many deamons at boottime from scripts, another aspect will be
going 'multi user' it would be for you the user very slow indeed.
If you can get at least 4 megs of memory on the board then the answer would
be definate "yes".
