I personaly ignore it, i get the same report at boottime with my ST34321A,
i have never investigated the problem, however i have had some pointers from
friends about what to try, 1) move the device to hda see if the error goes
away, 2) Use 'hdparam' to check and possably set the device up to eliminate
the problem. I find 2) a little on the scary side as i have 4 different
flavors of linux installed on it.

As to any adverse effects from the error message, i have seen none at all,
i realy have choosen to ignore the error message.

Upon reading about this error message in the linux-kernel mailing list, it
was mentioned 1) it can be ignored, 2) it has something to do with UDMA DMA
settings, once again they say use 'hdparm' to check/set the drive.
