I'm using RH5.0 and have never used 4.1, so this may not work. Also this
is a gui tool, so if you prefer the cli, do what you will.

Open the RedHat control panel, open the kernel configurator option from
the control panel (it's the icon of a corn kernel). Any modules loaded
will show up on this window. Select add and choose eth as a mod type,
then choose the driver you need. Once your set up with the right module
you can remove the old one.

I'm sure there's a command to load in a module, but I don't know it. I
just rebooted my box.
